The “FREEZIO Figure Skating app” mobile application is a 3D tutorial for specific sports, which is a training program – a tutorial containing a database of animated 3D models of the corresponding sports elements. The application allows you to work with models from different angles and in different scales, make axis rotations, change the viewing angle and much more.

Mobile application Freezio.Move – is a universal stand-alone application for various sports which allows you to take photos, film videos and work with the material in a variety of ways. You can use different playback speed controls, manage photos, use the “compare videos” tool, use the set of measuring tools and drawing functions that allow you to graphically edit the material. You can also view and work with videos frame by frame, export and import the material, upload it to social networks.

The project roadmap provides for the creation of useful functions based on artificial vision technologies, pose estimation, neural networks.

Completed tasks

For the time being, only the first part of the project was released – 3D tutorial.

On the one hand, the application is a training program enriched with a large amount of informational materials on figure skating which help to learn different aspects on how to perform complex elements.

On the other hand, Freezio contains a database of animated 3D models of the corresponding sports elements and provides all necessary tools to work with those models: rotate and scale objects, make axis rotations, change the viewing angle and much more.

Currently the second part of the project called Freezio.Move is in active development.

Freezio.Move – a software-hardware complex that makes it easy to determine and conduct a detailed analysis of all the inaccuracies in the elements performed by a student taking into account his or her physical characteristics. It’s achieved through the use of such technologies as artificial vision, pose estimation and neural networks applied to the photo and video materials of student’s performance.

The second part of the project – Freezio.Move that makes use of neural networks and process a lot of data coming from detectors is in development.
